At Nidecker, we stand behind the quality of our snowboarding gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
